The airbag manufacturer suggests that the airbag system's ability to illuminate the warning light and capture fault codes be verified periodically. This procedure is outlined in T.S.B. 45.94.01
Airbag System maintenance is not a provision of the Alfa Romeo Assurance maintenance program (just like tire rotation) and is the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle.
