more on racing dynamics spam

i just double checked. the racdyn-usa.com web site is still on hostasaurus
(i didn't check what the spamvertised web site was; the rdsport and
racing-dynamics sites are not on hostasaurus, but racdyn-usa.com is.)

therefore, it is appropriate to complain to abuse@hostasaurus.com as well
as to abuse@cox.net

in the complaint to hostasaurus.com, point out that while the spam was from
cox.net, the website is on hostasaurus, and that they have had problems
with this customer spamming before.
