Help please. My 77 345/2bl scout failed the emissions test because of high HC (ppm)
at cruise speed 2521rpm. CO was low and passed easy. I began trouble shooting today
and so far have replaced plugs, plug wires, cap/rotor, pcv valve and all vacuum
lines. what should i do next????
